Certified Protection Professional (CPP®) - This certification designates individuals who have demonstrated competency in all areas constituting security management.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following requirements to be accepted as a CPP® candidate:
Education: An earned bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher education and work Experience: Seven (7) years of security experience, including at least three (3) years in responsible charge of a security function
OR
Work Experience: Nine (9) years of security experience, including at least three (3) years in responsible charge of a security function.
Eligibility requirements also include no prior conviction of any criminal offense that would reflect negatively on the security profession or on ASIS International and its certification programs.

Professional Certified Investigator (PCI®) - Holders of the PCI® certification have demonstrated education and/or experience in the fields of case management, evidence collection, and case presentation.
Experience and Education
1. Five (5) years of investigations experience, with at least two (2) years in case management.
2. A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Security Professional (PSP®) - The PSP® designation is the certification for those whose primary responsibility is to conduct threat surveys, design integrated security systems that include equipment, procedures and people, or install, operate and maintain those systems.

Candidates wishing to take the PSP® examination must first satisfy the following requirements:Experience and Education
1. Five (5) years of experience in the physical security field
2. High school diploma or GED equivalent
3. The applicant must not have been convicted of any criminal offense that would reflect negatively on the security profession, ASIS, or the certification program.
